由 Beef & Liberty 演變而成的 Beats & Liberty，是位於 PMQ 元創方的一家 Pop-Up store。

Beats & Liberty 由 PMQ 元創方, Backstage Live, KEF Speakers 和 Mischief Productions 等多個不同單位聯合主理，把 Live band、現時很流行的 craft beers、漢堡和當代藝術匯聚於這個 Pop-Up Store 上一同發生。

而 AfterWorkShop 在首個 private opening party 這次充當了他們「當代藝術」這個角色。

AfterWorkShop 在 private party 前一天開始準備，由於本身是一家餐廳，我們需要在地面做遮蓋工作，並帶備兩台抽風機盡量把氣味吹到室外。

作品完成了 90%，其餘留待 party 當晚作 live performance。

一邊是 Rainbo 的「Blue Bird 」&「三鼎獸」。

另一面是 Uncle 的小學雞 x Wild Wild Cats

Private party 開始，Live Jazz music 當然少不了！

當晚免費盡享不同特色漢堡。

Mischief Productions 的 Lou 除了策劃整場活動，還親自擔任 DJ 角色。

In collaboration with PMQ 元創方, Backstage Live, KEF Speakers & Mischief Productions, Beats & Liberty is a pop-up from Michelin recommended Beef & Liberty Hong Kong bringing live music together with hamburgers, craft beer and contemporary art.

Located at PMQ on Staunton Street, Beats & Liberty is serving a short menu of guest favourites such as the Bacon Cheeseburger, Pulled Pork and Beetroot and Goat’s cheese as well as some seriously tasty appetisers and salads, soft-serve desserts and craft beers and cocktails.

Open daily from 12pm but showcasing live music every Friday and Saturday night. Beats & Liberty is where it’s at from March.
